What textbooks will I need?

Refer to the Textbook Chart below for a comprehensive listing of all books and supplies students will need during their time at 美高梅娱乐城. Incoming students will be provided with a print copy at Orientation. Please note that the chart is subject to change at 美高梅娱乐城' discretion.

Where can I access textbooks?

There is the 美高梅娱乐城 Bookstore accessible through Populi that sells the following textbooks at a discounted price for students (please contact textbooks@ccms.edufor the discount code):

  • Mortuary Law, 11th ($40) – Semesters I, II
  • Funeral Service Merchandising: an Intro Text for Students ($40) – Semester III
  • Ethics for Funeral Service ($15) - recommended for MGT315 and MGT445

In addition to the 美高梅娱乐城 Bookstore, there is theeCampusOnline Bookstore where students can buy or rent used textbooks.

Several other online websites like Amazon.comandThriftbooks.comcan be also used to purchase textbooks.

For temporary use, the 美高梅娱乐城 libraryhas textbooks for check out and reference, but there are limited copies with required returns. Students should purchase all required textbooks since they are used throughout the program and even in future jobs.
